Professional Biography
Cynthia Collins is a skilled Workers' Compensation attorney, who takes pride in helping injured workers. For more than 15 years, Ms. Collins has dedicated herself to helping people whose lives have been ruined by a serious injury.
Ms. Collins is a warrior in the courtroom, and she knows how to maximize the value of your case. Ms. Collins has successfully tried numerous Workers’ Compensations claims.
Cynthia Collins received her B.A. degree in psychology (magna cum laude) from the University of Hartford, Connecticut, in 1982. As an undergraduate she was a member of Psi Chi, the National Honor Society, and the Pre Law Society.
As a law student, Cynthia Collins served as class representative for the Student Bar Association. During this time she also wrote for the Whitter Law Review, and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law. Ms. Collins earned her J.D. degree (cum laude) in 1987 from the Whittier College School of Law in Los Angeles, California.
Cynthia Collins was admitted to the State Bar of California, in 1988, the U.S. Central District Court of California, in 1989, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit, in 1988.
Ms. Collins initially developed her skills as a litigator while practicing civil litigation, primarily business litigation, from 1988 through 1993.
In addition to practicing law, Cynthia Collins is a dedicated wife and mother who enjoys time with her family and friends, as well as a variety of activities including swimming, running, and competitive tennis.
